How do I return my item?
You have 14 days to return your order.
Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll send you the return instructions.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for the journey back.

Return costs:
For standard returns, the buyer covers the return shipping.
If the item is incorrect or arrives damaged, Loopa covers it.
What happens if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll take care of everything — refund, replacement, or repair.
What conditions are the items in?
We only list pieces in very good to excellent condition.
Each item is professionally photographed and described with full transparency — including any small signs of wear.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can follow your parcel in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

How long does deliver take and how much does it cost?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days once your order is processed.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.
We partner with eco-friendly couriers whenever possible.

How does selling with Loopa works?
Send us photos of your pieces via WhatsApp.
We review them, share a price proposal, and if you agree, you ship your items to us.
From there on, we handle everything — photography, description, listing, customer care, packaging, and delivery.
If a piece arrives in a condition different from what was agreed, we inform you immediately and discuss next steps:
return (shipping fee may apply), donation, or responsible recycling.​​​​​​

How long do my items stay online?
Your pieces can stay listed for up to 12 months.
To increase their chances of finding the right home:

after 3 months unsold, we may reduce the price

after 6 months unsold, we may suggest a second reduction

after 12 months, we contact you to decide: return, donation, or another solution
What kind of item does Loopa accept?
We focus on quality. Pieces that are well-made, well-kept, and deserve a beautiful second life.
Designer, contemporary, premium basics, unique finds — all welcome.
We don’t rely on a strict brand list. If you’re unsure, simply send us a photo — we’ll guide you.

You’ll receive a price proposal before anything moves forward.
Once listed, you earn 50% of the final sale price.

When do I get paid?
